After the quorum for the members of the administrative body, the President of the Assembly reviewed the points of the meeting for approval: 1) Address by the President of the Assembly. 2) Reading the previous record of the administrative body. 3) the consequences of the work during the previous two Societies. 4) Discuss the mechanism of field demotion by the administrative body. 5) Observations – proposals. Approval of the points of the meeting chaired by the President of the meeting and the approval of the points by consensus of the administrative body.
Opening address: – 1) The meeting started with a speech by the president / president of the association with a brief speech, in which he stressed the need to act and not to repeat speech. He stressed the need to move forward considering the association as an emerging and preferred not to criticize the brothers present as their circumstances are coercive and read the previous record and the points approved by the previous meeting, The administrative body in advance.

3) The consequences of the former socialists: The previous record was read and the search for difficult cases was found. Three cases and a similar case were found, indicating the great effort exerted by the President of the Society and the Secretary General.

The Secretary General pointed out that we should look for cases and show them. The Association’s reputation will contribute to the influx of other cases. And the rest of the members of the Assembly are assigned to distribute leaflets in what has been approved.
5) Feedback_Projects: – 1) Regarding the official sponsor, the president of the association suggests that the sponsor has changed to the construction and reconstruction bank and we are sending a letter to the bank manager in Sana’a. 2) the need to focus on the establishment of a television episode, a note put forward by Brother / Abdul Salam on everyone need to work accurately and sincerely to win people and the observance of God and conscience as a humanitarian work above all.
