Article (1): An association called the Society of Multiple Sclerosis Patients, with an independent legal personality, shall be established under the provisions of this Law in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Private Associations and Institutions No. 1 of 2001 and its Executive Regulations issued by the Prime Minister's Decree No. 129 of 2004.
