After the quorum was completed, the president of the association opened and presided over the meeting. The meeting points were read in the presence of members of the administrative board, and the consensus and the approval of the meeting points.
\n1) Address by the President of the Assembly.
\nThe Assembly, represented by the members of the administrative board, held a periodic meeting, despite the absence of members of the administrative board, despite their prior notice. Therefore, this meeting is considered normal following the completion of quorum, which empowers the president of the society to hold this meeting exceptionally by one third of the number according to the regulations and the system of the association. That their invitation to attend this meeting was deliberately absent from attendance.<\/p>\n
He explained that if the number of members of the administrative body continues to lag behind, it must be punished according to the regulations and the system and will take the necessary measures as required by the interest of the Association.
\n– Reading the previous record: –
\nThe previous record was read and the work of the society as the month coincided with the holy month of Ramadan, the activity was limited.
\nAnd reviewed the activity of the association during the past two months and was ratified by it.
\n– Read the financial report: as follows: – July – August – September 2010: –<\/p>\n
Incoming: –
\nThe income for the three months from July to September 2010, the amount of 135.600 riyals one hundred and thirty five thousand six hundred riyals.<\/p>\n
Outgoing: –
\nThe disbursements of three months from July to September 2010 amounted to 140,200 riyals, one hundred and forty thousand and two hundred riyals only.
\nRead and report reports have been approved.<\/p>\n
4) The activity of the Association: –
\nA) Inside: – Awareness raising and searching for patients and helping them so we have corresponded with traders during Ramadan and our correspondence did not correspond at home because they did not respond and did not provide anything from them.
\nB) Abroad: – A good actor presented an amount of money to the patients equally and the amount available and this work that we did towards the patients and did not reach the level of our expectations ..<\/p>\n
The Association continues in the field of awareness through the volunteer members and through the active and significant awareness work as a humanitarian work. External Level: The Association and similar associations in the Arab region have been contacted through the consultant Dr. Azza Kamel. The meeting of Jordan, which is for the establishment of the Arab Union For MS due to the apology of the Jordanian Association for this meeting and the possibility of hosting is hindered.<\/p>\n
And the International Federation against the background of the meeting in Sweden, which will discuss and draw up a clear strategy for joint action between associations in the world and the Arab region.<\/p>\n
And we will not be able to attend the meeting next year in preparation, we also confirm that we were invited to attend the meeting Sweden and unfortunately did not agree to go there as a result of the failure of the leadership of the province did not fulfill the promises they promised previously to give us the travel expenses and tickets to our delegate involved and therefore could not attend the lack of possibilities of the Assembly and feel the other side We were unable to attend these reasons, which were understood by them.<\/p>\n
And we are in contact with the province so that we can confirm the continuation of the activity of the Assembly outside … and other associations, although we did not reach the required level in the Arab societies due to the weakness of the activity of communication among us there,<\/p>\n
International Federation and we thank them for the communication and interest in our association and we wish success to the Assembly in the coming days.<\/p>\n
5) Discuss the status of the Assembly and the tasks assigned to it.
\nThe President of the Society reviewed the duties and competence of the members of the administrative board and confirmed through his discussion with the brothers present from the administrative body, and that they did not fulfill the duty and the humanitarian role and that there is negligence and completeness and not to question with the appreciation of the President of the Association for the circumstances surrounding them, but they did not take the matter seriously towards the association and volunteer work Towards the disease … and they must understand this or take the necessary procedures in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Assembly to require the interests of patients and look forward to work better by all means .. As it has been completed the preparation of a work list governing the work of the Assembly and mandate the work and competence for members of the administrative body and For them to abide by this and this has been welcomed by the meeting of the next stage and will be distributed to them.<\/p>\n
6) Notes – Miscellaneous: –
\nThere is nothing to put forward. In the previous record, we have already put forward our available facilities according to the circumstances, because the work is humane and in the latter, the President of the Society wished our Assembly to continue its activities by assigning the members and volunteers to the awareness and helping the sick.<\/p>\n
