After the meeting of the administrative body on the meeting points, the meeting was opened by the President of the Assembly after ratification.

The President of the Assembly welcomed the members of the administrative board and the conciliation and began his speech to prepare for the celebration on the International Day of Sclerosis where an effort was made today after the approval of the Aden Refinery Company, the official sponsor of this day. In light of this we were able to prepare for this celebration, The administration has made more effort in preparing for this day with my wishes for success.
2) Reading the previous record.
The previous record was read by the President of the Assembly and the previous record was approved.
3) The members of the administrative board reviewed with the president of the association the issue of approving the amount paid in the establishment of the association and presented by the brother / president of the association, which is the sum and capacity of one hundred and forty thousand riyals. And the need of patients for such a great humanitarian work, and everyone agreed that the amount be credited in the financial record of the Association retroactively humiliated by a deposit in the accounts, and ratified by everyone ..
4) discuss the preparations for the celebration of the World Sclerosis Day 26 May 2010, the program to celebrate, will prepare as follows:

E) All media professionals shall be distributed to official and non-official bodies.
F) Communication and distribution of invitations with all similar associations in humanitarian work of all kinds.
(J) In this work, the brother / secretary-general, the brother / Munif Shehab, the brother / Fathi al-Ghalabi and the brother / financial officer shall be charged.
