– Commending the activity of the administrative body at the beginning of the period and then the interruption of some of the activity, especially from September 2010, especially by the Secretary-General and two other members of the work of the administrative body.

– Commending the activities of the administrative board until the end of August 2010, then gradual decrease and disconnection of work by four members of the administrative board, namely the Secretary General and the financial officer and two other members Abdul Salam Numan and Monif Shehab

– Application in November 2010 to discuss the status of the administrative body and recommended the report to stop the four mentioned and stand before them at the annual meeting of the administrative body for their interruption.

Recommendations:
– Separation of receipts from revenues.

We note the parties to the debt table to the Assembly and the attendees acknowledged that when the amounts are available to the Assembly and paid to the President of the Assembly then approved the documents submitted.
The General Assembly approved the freezing of the membership of the four members.

– The participants also approved, based on Article (23) of the Statutes of the Assembly, the withdrawal of confidence from the four members, namely:
1 – the seat of Bashir Mohammed Abdullah Secretary General.
2 – Ghassan Abdo Osman financial officer.
3-Manif Abdulrahman Shihab Member
4 – Abdel Salam Thabet Noman Member

And the assignment of their place in the administrative body until the holding of the next election and then open the door for self-nomination: – They:
1) Bashir Asaad Abdullah Ali to nominate himself
2) Abdullah Moqbel Mahyoub nomination
3) Ibrahim Salem Ahmed Alshuaibi nomination 4) Abdulraqeeb Al-Mamari nomination (converted from the Oversight Committee to the administrative body)
5) Atef Mohammed Ahmed Al-Tamimi nominated as a member of the supervision and inspection instead of Abdulraqeeb Al-Ma’amari, who became a member of the administrative body.

The above-mentioned nominations were unanimously approved by a vote for each member on a separate basis.
