After the quorum of the members of the administrative body was completed, the meeting was opened by the President of the Assembly and reviewed the points of the meeting as follows:
1) Address by the President of the Assembly (opening).
2) Reading the previous record.
3) Read the evaluation after the celebration of the World Day of the disease 25 / May 2011.
4) Read the media statement of the association and the reactions of associations like her and friends.
5) discuss the completion of the remaining activity and work of the Assembly.

After its review, members of the Governing Body endorsed the points of the meeting.
First: – Speech of the President of the Assembly:

In the name of Allah, praise be to God and prayers and peace be upon the master of prophets and messengers.
The President of the Association welcomed the members of the Administrative Board for the month of May, which coincides with the Assembly’s celebration of the International Day. He thanked the members of the Administrative Committee for the efforts they exerted to ensure the success of the event, despite the difficult situation in which the country is passing. However, we succeeded in making the event a success. And the success of such humanitarian action.

Second: – Reading the previous record: –
The previous record has been read and approved by the members of the administrative board.
