After the quorum for the members of the administrative board was opened, the meeting was opened by the President of the Assembly and reviewed the points of the following:
1) Address by the President of the Assembly.
2) Reading the previous record.
3) Read the semi-annual financial report – Discussed in 2011.
4) Discuss the work and activities of the Association in terms of:
(A) Do completed and incomplete work?
B – the website of the association and the technical imbalance in it.
5) Notes – Miscellaneous.

First: – Speech of the President of the Assembly:
Introduced in the beginning of modern to the problem of the new site, which suffers from the problem of file uploads due to a technical problem on the site? He then welcomed the members of the administrative board and asked them to carry out their duties and responsibilities.

Second: The previous record has been read and approved by the members of the administrative board.

Third: – Reading the financial record by Brother Abdul-Raqib: –
Said the company’s revenues amounted to 560.850 riyals, a high rate compared to what was collected last year, and the rest is small amounts.
And the expenses of the Assembly 413,585 riyals were spent in the following areas .. The activities of the Association and the assistance of patients, awareness-raising activities and resources, and we confirm that some of the debts that were at the expense of the Assembly have been paid.
Members of the Board of Directors praised the role of the CFO in the careful monitoring and separation of the financial side.
Dr. Ibrahim stressed that the aim of the association is to serve patients.
He also pointed out that there is a problem in bringing patients to the headquarters of the association as they can not move. The problem of transportation should be solved in any way that the members of the society consider to follow and serve the patients.
The president of the association said that we can not spare the patients … We will work in the future to provide a means of transportation and now we will overcome this exceptional situation and we will double the amount of money in follow-up to serve the patients and their interest.
The media official explained that it is possible to obtain media through correspondence and communication with embassies and interested parties for human rights to obtain means of transportation.

Fourth: Discussing the activities and activities of the Association:
1) The work that has been accomplished and the task of entrusting the head of the health services of the association with communicating with the patients to their homes and touching their suffering and completing the research around them.
