In the presence of the members, the deputy head of censorship opened the meeting and wished the members present success in their humanitarian role for this association. As for the chairman of the inspection and inspection committee due to his absence, despite his notice by the vice president of censorship for more than one time, we also remind the members present about the previous meeting, It is assumed that at the end of March 2011 we apologize for not attending the meeting due to circumstances beyond our control, for some reason we are going through the circumstances in the current situation of this country and the security reasons in the province of Aden.
We will continue to be committed to all that we have to do our charitable, voluntary and humanitarian work for the benefit of the human being and society in general, and in particular the sick, for which this association was established … We also thank the President of the Society and thank him for his role and interaction with us always for this meeting or otherwise.

It was also noted that the activity of the Society on the external level and despite the scarce potential has begun to appear, through the President of the Association to Egypt and its communication and friction and discussion with many doctors of the Egyptians such as Dr. Mai Sharawi and Dr. Sherif and a number of patients have exchanged mutual experiences and discuss the conditions of our patients and their situation in Egypt Yemen and our situation at the level of the Arab region and the development of a mechanism to improve the project and the establishment of the Arab Federation of Sclerosis All this strengthens the extent of communication to the Society of Sclerosis in Yemen, Aden / with other associations, including Egypt and its emergence at the regional Arab and global.
The financial side :-
Through our review and review of the work of the Assembly in relation to the beginning of the first half of the new year 2011.

Recommendations:
It is recommended that through our knowledge of the work of the administrative body and the above activities of the association, whether administrative or financial, we found a match as it exists from the reality of records and bonds and in the administrative side we have seen a distinguished work and salary in terms of meetings and attendance and communication with other parties, The actual activity of what is planned and decreed from the financial side, it was after the conformity of what exists from the reality of the books that the revenue and exchange was made in accordance with the regulations in force in the Assembly … Therefore we recommend:
1 – urging the members of the Assembly to commit to pay monthly contributions .. It was found that the vast majority are behind the payment of contributions being a source of support and if not constitute anything in return for the requirements but a symbol or something for the presence of members and their commitment to this charity … Present to what has been stated in this record … and we wish all the continuous success of the Assembly …
