First: – Speech of the President of the Assembly:
In his speech, the President of the Assembly congratulated the members of the Governing Body on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan. He commended the activities of the Assembly, its representative in the administrative body, what should be completed, short-term plans and what to do in the future.

Second: – The President of the Assembly read the previous record and approved it, which reviewed the financial collection, which amounted to 580 thousand and spending 413 thousand and asked for observations on how to alert to the problem of the means of transport of patients and therefore is to communicate with patients by all means, Names of the members admitted to the association who have been accepted in the previous record.

Third: – The activity of the work of the Assembly and work therein: – Where the Assembly confirmed the processing of 12 cases of health research and the reasons for the inability to reach some patients because there are no fixed addresses with emphasis on the need to follow up the subject.
He also stressed the need to follow up the technical imbalance in the Assembly on Allnet. A group was also established on behalf of the association in Facebook and the 600 members who were attracted to it were friends of the society. This has the advantage of benefiting from the experience of others in the interest of the society.
Dr. Abdulraqeeb also asked about the number of members of patients whose search was completed. The president of the association commented that the issue did not end and stressed the necessity of helping the necessary cases that require financial assistance for the purpose of medicine according to the ability and need.

Fourth: – Helping patients: –
The participants confirmed that the benefactors have been contacted to help the patients. A well-known expatriate actor in Saudi Arabia has responded by donating 200.000 riyals (200,000 riyals) to follow up the administrative board. The patients were decided to pay fifteen thousand riyals per patient. Consideration is being given to ways to deal with them to meet the needs of the renewable.
