Following the completion of the quorum, the meeting was presided over by the President of the Assembly and reviewed the points of the meeting:
1) Address by the President of the Assembly.
2) Reading the previous record.
3) Read the final financial report for the year ended 2011.
4) Discuss the work and activities of the Association.

First: – Speech of the President of the Assembly:
The President of the Association welcomed the members of the Board and thanked them for their attendance and congratulated them on entering the new year 2012 and wished them success and success as well as a move towards better activity and suitable work in the New Year for the benefit of the patients and the level of the Association’s activities.

Second: – Reading the previous record: –
The number of attendees at the previous meeting in November (9) was five, as we note in correcting the mistake in naming the previous month and confirming it here for clarification .. He reviewed the progress of the association’s activity and said that the communication abroad is in contact, The activities of the association and the importance of the existence of the requirements of patients and discussed the message of the Society for Social Affairs and the conduct of the activity of the Assembly as well as a training course for the functioning of the Association and the activity of the outside in continuous communication on the site of Facebook and the Assembly and e-mail and the establishment of funds and distribution and brochures was approved the previous record to be worked on and make Hood more next year.

Third: – Reading the final financial report for the year 2011: –
The financial officer reviewed the annual report in the receipt and disbursement with the balances statement for the year 2011, where the total received, the amount of 835.850 riyals, eight hundred and thirty five thousand and five hundred riyals only ..
The total amount of SR 633,095, six hundred and thirty-three thousand ninety five riyals and thus become balances in the account of the Assembly in 2011 and 2012 and the cash balance in the consideration of the Fund amount of 65,355 riyals and five hundred thousand and three hundred and fifty-five riyals. The bank balance is shown in the annual financial report Attached to this record.
As for the previous debts amount 150. 150 riyals were paid part of them during the year 2011 …

The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor commended the Society for thanking the Financial Officer and thanked the President of the Society for his high appreciation. Therefore, we have the following opinion:
A: The assessment of the better income for 2011, especially compared to the previous year. Accordingly, the Board of Directors would like to thank the Chairman of the Association for the sincere efforts made by the Financial Officer and some members of the administrative body responsible for collecting some revenues.

B – Expenses: -.
Expenditures were necessary and never overpriced for patients and the functioning of the Society.
The finance official also commented on members’ commitment to pay monthly contributions because they are very weak compared to the previous year.
The members of the administrative board agreed on the above mentioned and their hope that during the new year 2012 find more sources of support by the administrative body.

Fourth: – Discuss the progress and activity of the Assembly: –
The President of the Association referred to some of the works and referred to the administrative body to complete the remaining works for the benefit of the patients and the Association in general. The President of the Association pointed out that we are in contact with local and foreign organizations. Therefore we have sent a message to a supporting body (Aden Refineries) .
The Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Fathi Ali al-Ghalabi said that the response was good to the letter addressed to them by the Assembly and informed him of their review at the beginning of the year.
– The health services official of the Association pointed to the completion of work in the forms of patients in the Fund for the care of the disabled and handed over to the procedures and after the President of the Assembly and said:
We confirm that we are in contact with all patients to check on them and every newcomer in their interests.
