The President of the Association welcomed the members of the administrative board and said: “We are pleased to meet from the new year 2012 and every year and you are well and this year we wish to achieve all that we aspire to the activity of the Assembly to serve our dear patients and wishes for them a speedy recovery, also played a prominent role and important, which is a task The Association is mainly an awareness of the disease to our patients and our society, the goals for which our association was established. Discussion of the activity of the Association:
A- To develop short-term plans in the implementation of the work in accordance with the strategy prepared in advance and after deliberation and discussion among the members of the administrative body. In this regard, the members agreed to proceed with the activity and carry out the work according to the plan prepared as follows:
1 – Permanent communication with patients and their families in relation to the provision of health and education services to alleviate their pain and suffering, which is the main objective and lies in the following:
Provision of medicines, medical supplies and services, mobile and non-mobile.

3. Public relations through strengthening our association with similar associations and charities as well as strengthening relations with official bodies in the relevant state. 6- The members of the administrative board confirmed the continuous communication with the International Federation of Sclerosis, where it is part of the strategy proposed for 2012 and strengthen relations with most of the MS associations in the Arab region and the world.
B- The members of the administrative board agreed with regard to the program to prepare the celebration of the International Day of Multiple Sclerosis on the following:
First: – A meeting two days before the ceremony, the Department to talk about what the Assembly has done in two years and the work of a vote called the form of assessment of the work of the Assembly containing the evaluation data, which will be presented by doctors and members and patients, and placed in a fund and the process is sorted by experience.
Second: This time, instead of the seminar, two teams of young college or professional (football team) will be working and we will be assigned two people for this work and a cup called M-S patients’ cup and preferably in the evening (3pm).
Third: – On the day of celebration in the morning period will be held this ceremony and through a program in which several paragraphs, including:
A single lecture to remind me about the disease and its awareness of the patients’ need for medicines and special needs.
