After the quorum for members of the administrative body was completed, the meeting was opened by the President of the Assembly and I began to read the points of the meeting.
1) Address by the President of the Assembly (opening).
2) Read the minutes of the annual meeting of the General Assembly followed by the meeting of the previous administrative body.
3) Review the activity of the Association of the administrative body since the beginning of the year.
4) discuss the development of future plans for the activities of the short-term administrative body, and arrange the observance of the International Day of MS in May 2011.

Accordingly, the meeting points were read and approved by the administrative board and the president of the association started by saying:

Firstly :
At the beginning of the speech, the President of the Assembly welcomed and thanked the attendees and referred to the General Assembly meeting on 24/12/2010 to withdraw the confidence and the meeting of the elected Board of Directors following the withdrawal of confidence from the members of the previous Board. He referred to the distribution of the internal work rules of the members of the new body, This meeting is part of the work of January 2011.
He wished the members of the new administrative body to work hard to serve the patients as the target of the Assembly and concluded his conciliation and reimbursement to the new administrative body

Second :
With regard to the minutes of the annual meeting where it was read and commented on and reviewed for a number of points discussed by the General Assembly and included:
– Financial Report .
– What is included in the disbursements and others.
– The report also included how to withdraw confidence from members and the reason for the withdrawal of confidence as well
– The report referred to an alternative assignment of them and was approved by the statement.
– Minutes of the meeting of the administrative body, where the attendees reviewed the administrative body and included the review of the administrative body and distributed the terms of reference of each of them and the distribution of the work list to all members of the new administrative body.

Third : –
A review of the activity of the administrative body since the beginning of the year, where the Secretary General was entrusted by the President of the Society to follow up a message regarding the reserves of patients from the province to the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, including patients with sclerosis in the Fund for the care of the disabled, which submitted the letter last year where will be completed procedures, Fund for the care and rehabilitation of the disabled and has been transferred to the Medical Committee of the Fund
And the task of directing the health services to patients follow up a letter addressed to the director of the Health Office / Aden and the exemption of patients fees and the amounts of laboratory tests and CT scan and television.
The Director of the Office of Health and Population has exempted patients from these amounts. This is considered one of our priorities in working towards the minimum number of patients. This has been done through the Ministry of Health and Population to all government hospitals and health centers in Aden. In addition to the fact that we have sent several letters to several officials in Sana’a and in contact with the President of the Association in the matter of providing financial support from the officials and we are following them and we have not received the response so far … This is an activity We are still in contact with the federation in the International Federation of Sclerosis in order to strengthen the relationship between associations in the Arab region and the world. Through our contact with our representative in the Arab region and the Organization, our representative in the Arab region, Dr. Ayman Awaida, There are questions and questions about the association and its activities and the status of the society has been answered.
And many of the correspondence regarding the International Federation and its relations with the National Societies of patients. We were also invited to attend in May next to attend a workshop meeting on the disease in terms of facilitating their work and pressure on officials in this aspect and was honored to attend as we discussed that our travel costs will be borne By them .. Since our site has been stopped because of the end of the rent and we are paying rent by a good actor for a year this is the activity of the period during the months of January – February and our activity continues. It has been unanimously approved by the administrative body of the association.

Fourthly :-
Term plans for the coming period and a plan of action to mark the International Day of MS patients.
– Develop future plans for the coming period.
A – Brother Abdullah Muqbel proposed designing a notebook called the Services Book of MS patients. Brother Abdullah was assigned to equip and design this book and communicate with the administrative body.
T – Another suggestion was made by Brother Abdullah and discussed between the administrative body, a message related to the support of the Society by the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, such as the rent of its headquarters and other similar societies.
